Yes! bot comments and reblogs are spam, sometimes for promotion, viruses, scams or whatever…they do a bunch of things and it’s all spam.
The easiest way in browser is to hover over the comment in the notes, some dots should pop up in the corner, clicking that gives you the option to report it. If the post is yours you can also hide the comment so others can’t view it…which is what I’ve been frantically doing…
Not sure how to fix it on mobile, you could also formally report the user but I’m not sure if that’s faster or more useful than the spam report :\
