I gotta say, I don’t really like any of the official and fan made teen titan redesigns after first the cartoon.

But this.

This I like. I like it a lot. Its cute and they seem like kids.

Also their outfits look accessible! Like why is it every kid superhero knows an amazing tailor? I get they have reasons in the comics probably, but like. It seems more natural for their casual clothing to be actual casual clothing.

that’s something i like considering when designing so i appreciate it a lot ;w; i do it with my ocs too! a combination of - the characters are x years old, and the audience is y years old, what clothes do these ages have access to?

so yeah, these characters are teenagers what sort of stuff would they wear? but also hey the audience are kids so what’s something they could potentially make out of stuff from kmart/target/whatever for a cosplay?

also it’s just fun trying to design fantasy/magical characters with the limitation of what the average person has access to :D
