Anonymous: You seem to have recently stop animating your SU cards other than the sparkles. Is something not right or not working? I would really like to see Rhodonite and Padparadscha Sapphire animated šš¼. Please and thank you.
I started prioritising main cast over one off or side characters. As much as I love animating the cards, I work as an animator. So while drawing is nice, itās not always relaxing to come home and animate more ^^ā I also have to be careful not to strain my arm/hand, and animating hurts more than just drawing.
I might eventually go back and animate them, recently redid Blue Pearl (which I have to post). Also have to animate all of the redraws of the main cast I did last yearā¦so yeah, just a lot of work that I donāt have time for/canāt physically do any more.
Also from a technical point, Iāve found some of the newer gems either have designs thatād be boring to animate (nothing can move, just be a blink) or need animation that would take a long time (big fluffy hair, anything with layering).
ā¦sorry, this was more lengthy than I wanted :\ have been annoyed that I canāt really animate themā¦
