This hasn’t been a good week for my thumbs. The other day I bent the nail on my left thumb so far back it inverted and started bleeding, and I just burned my right thumb while making scones. I can’t really draw or do much now, but on the plus side the scones are nice.

My brother and I were bored, so we made a new game which he has called Pony Watch. It involves going on to DeviantArt, searching for an obscure word and seeing how long it take for a pony to come up in the newest section.

_{(getting in early: we aren’t mocking MLP, it’s just that we found when we searched for anything we tended to get at least 1 pony within 10 pages, the next most common were wolf/fox/sonic OCs)}

These are the rules we made:

• The word you search for can’t be a name, and your search must yield at least 10,000 results.
• If your search is filled with too many results from the same person you have to try again (one word we tried had 7 pages of stuff from the same guy).

• If there is a pony on the most popular(all time) page it’s -2 for each pony (this is by image, not amount of ponies in each image)

• If there is a pony on the first newest page then you pass your turn.

• For every page past the first without a pony, you get 1 point (first page(0), second (1), third(2)…).

• The maximum amount of points per word is 10.

• If you want you can also record the name of the pony that broke your chain and yell it out in anger.

• If you are playing with multiple players it is taken in turns and goes until you get bored or give up.

You could also exchange ponies for anything else really, we just noticed that they came up most commonly.

well I was going to finish of this group of pictures I had just about finished, but my computer has decided that it doesn’t want to boot properly…

so I guess I won’t be doing that…or being online at all today…
